But as per other customers feed back ... Work is little slow or u can say the crowd is more than they can handle ..
Also they should improve the Customer care no. .. response ..
Actually .. they have more load than they can handle ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt its a privilege to be yes bank's customer. But recently it is experienced that the Bank doesn't have any value for its customers.
The old landline is not in existence and the Toll free number too is invalid. Please update the new contact of college road branch as well as Toll free number.
Also there is no mention of the name and number of the PRO in "MY SPACE"
Also online FD can't be made as college road branch is not mentioned in the selection option.All these issues are creating problem in managing the account.
