★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today when I went to Kotak Mahindra Branch, College Road Nashik. I was facing issue with my FD account which I were opened for credit card. When I ask on Help Desk they told me to go to upper floor and contact Satish Sadafale sir, When I went upstairs satish sadafale sir told me to go to ashwini Mam then I again went on Help desk and ask about her. Then they told me that she is not arrived yet and then I asked them when will she arrive they told me we don't have any idea. It was 11:50 AM. I was already very frustrated with this type of a behavior from Kotak Bank and today they crossed the limits. ?
One of the worst banking experience ever i am experiencing right now. Recently I had applied for the Credit Card on kotak 811 app for that I had deposited in FD 20% extra than credit card limit. But application was rejected on next day after application. But they didn't notified me about that. When I mailed them from my end after 12-13 days about credit card status then they told that it was already rejected. Then I asked them that I am not able to withdraw my FD which I had created for Credit Card. Then they told me that there is lien on my FD account so it can't be removed. From past 2-3 days I am contacting both Banking and Credit card department they are just telling me to contact other department ? I have called both of the departments more than 8 times. But no one helped me. And when i finally contacted to Kotak bank branch in College Road(Gangapur Road) they also did the same thing.
