Sudip, who is an assistant at the store has been especially cooperative and accommodating - solving all our queries and requirements whenever we have called and visited. NABAJIT provided with a good explanation of the product which helped me to decide the product. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a good experience. While purchasing, they allowed payment via Online Bank Transfer, as there were some difficulties on my part in other payment methods. Good stock inside of electrical and electronic items. Cover 2 floors. Have washroom.
One thing they should improve is although after having several staffs inside they don't frequently approach customers for their needs or queries. You have to call a number of times, wait for them to come to help you. Not all staffs are like that, but some are, which I faced during my 2 visits.

Came here to buy a 32 inch TV on Diwali day. After looking at a lot of options, liked a croma brand TV costing around 14k.
This TV had a 3 year warranty and that is the reason why I had shortlisted this TV
But Mr. Abhijeet advised a TV with 1 year warranty costing 10k and an extended warranty costing 1500.
The end total came to 11k after all discounts and the total warranty was 1+3 years for the same exact TV!!
You can ask for Abhijeet in case of any doubts at this Croma, will get a reliable response!!
