After struggling for so many years to fulfill my varied needs CFC has turned out to be that one place which has met all my criterias. So i have just made a detailed review on the things which i love the most about CFC ( Vikas Puri) 1. Being a girl is a tough task especially in Delhi , but i must thank the Crosstrain Fightclub (CFC) Vikas Puri from the bottom of my heart for making the girls even tougher by teaching us so many self defence techniques along with kickboxing , Jiu Jitsu and Muay -thai. 2. The one thing that i love the most is that when you enter CFC you are not treated as a girl or as a boy you are treated as a STUDENT, gender does not come in between , everyone is treated as equal and we all grind hard together , help each other to learn better. We all treat and respect each other as a family. 3. Extremely Professional code of conduct : When we are in CFC, we are taught the technicality of each move , our teachers provide us with logical reasons behind each position. Even if you ask them to repeat for 100 times , they will do it politely , they will teach you the difference between a right and a wrong mehtod by giving so many examples. 4. Trained and experienced teachers: In nearby areas , i have seen so many fake academies running which are misguiding the people and the teachers themselves are not proplerly trained ,but in CFC our teachers have the appropriate training and have themselves participated and won and are still participating and winning in so many national and international competitions. On top of that we are also being given the opportunity of participating in the competitions at the state and national level like this is the Type of academy you want yourself to be associated with. 5. The best way to stay fit : i wanted to lose weight as well i was a little over weight when i joined CFC and i was successful at doing it. We go to gyms pay them so much and we dont even shed weight , learn nothing in return 0 knowledge but when u come to learn MMA you are getting fit and learning so many things at the same time After i have joined CFC it has been a complete WIN -WIN situation for me , I would really love to thank my teachers - Sahil Tyagi Sir and Manpreet Sir from the bottom of my heart for making such a positive impact on my life.
