Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini, an IHG Hotel - New Delhi

Stayed here for 2 nights, they have probably the largest king size beds. Was comfy for 2 adults even with 2 babies sleeping with us. Breakfast spread was really nice. They also allow you to order food from outside and collect it from exit gate.

The good things about this hotel is the amazing breakfast and few staff such as doorman, guards, concierge, restaurant staff etc who are very helpful and genuinely nice people. The ambience of the hotel and cleanliness is also really good and you can undoubtedly have a comfortable stay here as far as these things and people are concerned. However the worst part are the kind of drunk misbehaving guests who are dime a dozen especially if you are checking in or out during the nights. I had an early morning checkout and while I was in the process 2 drunk young miscreants came who obviously were extremely vulgar and mean generally by nature and in the current scenario were completely intoxicated and had lost all their inhibitions. One of them had given their phone for charging to the front desk.They started misbehaving with me and the front office staff and finally they had to be escorted out. It made for a very unpleasant experience and I would highly recommend the hotel strengthen their security measures to strictly put such guests in line by barring them from future stays and also by reprimanding them by involving law enforcement as and when needed. Every situation is different but it is obvious that this hotel is not a safe place due to such guests who shouldn’t be entertained in a classy place! I think it should be the hotel’s responsibility to not entertain such guests to keep their quality bar high whenever such behavior is demonstrated. Also some of the front office staff is condescending and rude. My keycard stopped working not due to any electronic interference rather due to an error in processing check in and check out. When I complained to the gentleman on the front office he used a condescending tone and started mansplaining me about how to use keycards! Dear sir with all due respect using keycards is not rocket science and neither is knowing the correct attitude towards your guests! I would definitely say that some front office staff especially the female were very nice professionals however it just takes one rotten egg! All in all it just takes 1 poor experience to ruin someone’s stay and during my 4 nights stay there I could easily see multiple such avenues that ensured that I and anyone from my family will never stay there again! I definitely intend to follow up with a detailed complaint to IHG group as well.

Luxurious hotel in Delhi, stupor structured. Visible from different parts of the city. Shoppers Stop and mall near by. Have roof top garden and room. Restaurants, bars, halls and well furnished rooms. For a comfortable stay please choose this. The staff also well mannered. The food and dine in is also very good and cozy too

The hotel stands out in the crowded environs of Rohini. It’s clean and well kept, and the rooms are comfortable. Spacious king size bed. Staff is very polite and helpful.

We like the hotel as it has good comfortable rooms, hospitality is very good, staff is very polite and helpful, food we love, breakfast is awesome. Almost everthing is great in the hotel. We miss a children play room/area in the hotel. They must add to their extensive list of services. We will always want to come back to it.

The hotel seems to be quite good however for marriage functions, definitely NOT so good. Although, it has good ambiance and spacious terrace and on demand nice decorations were done but the food quality was terrible. Not something you would ever expect from a good hotel (forget 5star). Also, service was awful.

If you ever want to feel at home this is the place in Delhi when you come for visit. All the way from guards, concierge, reception to chefs everyone is friendly and personable! I can never imagine getting such amazing people in a hotel! This hotel is like a home away from home !

The staff were incredibly helpful from assisting with the luggage and general check in, to arranging a little surprise for my girl friends birthday! They went as far as bringing a special chocolate cake for her as well which we both enjoyed. They did not hesitate to assist in any task! It was an absolute pleasure staying at this hotel. The facilities were great too, the room size and bathtub were brilliant as well. Location is by Rohini and again the staff would assist in getting a taxi whenever we needed it. I can not thank them enough as we truly had a great time and it was all thanks to them.
