★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star because I cannot give negative rating. It is a long review but will surely save lot of your time by not going to this place for buying cars.
This guy Mr Nishit Soni who is owner of crystal cars and their manager Bhavika made me come all the way from Mulund to Borivali for Ford Ecosport diesel model at agreed price of Rs 8.35Lakh. After reaching he was negotiating for the price and in the last moment he says the car is sold, he will update for confirmation next day. Next day he didn't even Have the courtesy to answer my call or even give callback the whole day. I called for atleast 10 times out of which he answered only 2 calls. After that he even said if you pay me 8.45L I can give you the car folking the deal of earlier buyer.
These people even called me and kept following me up for same car which was actually already sold.
Extremely unprofessional and unethical people

I got a Car with leakage and also has RTO fine on this car, I received a damaged tyre and nobody is willing to assist on that. I haven't received any after sales service. Nobody pickup the call if you want a help Or you can't make a complain for that matter...
