Just purchased hyundai venue from here, had a great experience with them. They go a step ahead in ensuring your comfort and make sure to give you a hassle free experience. All the minute details were explained very clearly. Sales executive Mr. Vinay Shinde was a great help, right from the first visit to the showroom to checkout options, the test drive, car selection, documentation, paper work, till the delivery of the car everything was handled very smoothly by him. Special thanks to Vinay Shinde for being personally involved in the entire process and making us feel like family. I personally recommend anyone looking forward to purchase a car to visit this showroom.

Thanks Shreem Hyundai. Recently purchased Hyundai Alcazar Diesel Automatic.Staff was very helpful and special mention to Vinay Shinde who was really professional right from the beginning, starting from initial interaction,Test drive, Connecting me to right people for paper work towards old car exchange and loan papers and then the delivery of the Car. Had a memorable Car delivery celebration. Alcazar is superb car with loads of features. The car is big and spacious with modern features. Worth buying.

We are feeling extremely sad and disheartened with this purchase, from SHREEM, unprofessional behaviour by the entire team. From the team leader to the showroom manager to the head of accessories dept (esp. Niki, Kunal Salvi). The entire experience and the journey from date of booking, till the date of delivery and post delivery issues with all the accessories including the seat covers, floor lamination and steering cover, has been mentally draining and troublesome. Firstly, we visited the showroom on 15th June and were asked to book the car on that day itself by a senior authority as one car was available at disposal and promised delivery within 10 days. Within 1 hr we decided and booked the same by paying a token of 20000 Rs. On calling the showroom the very next day they denied the delivery and said that no car was available and was sold to another cust before us. They did not give us any response until we eventually had to visit the showroom and ask for why such fake promises Then we were given an assurance of delivery within 40 days, that too after long discussion and arguments at the showroom. The senior authority showed no curtesy to even come upon the table and apologize NO AVAILABILTY OF ACCESSORY DEPT After agreeing to wait for 40 days , We were told that there was no accessory dept available. Then finally they told us 3 days before the delivery date that their accessory dept was now suddenly available Then told we would get the car on 11th July and 2 hrs before the delivery we get a call saying the car isn’t ready yet. Still we maintained our calms and shifted our imp mahurat of 11th and agreed to collect the same on 12th July. Even though we agreed to all their timelines, the steering cover was SOO BADLY done up, that during the time of Puja we had to ask the team to remove it, even on such incident none of the team leaders or showroom manger came out to check what the issue was. It was due to mistake of NIKI the head of accessory dept. who forgot to give us 2 fitting options for the same. & Even without apologizing she said we will have to keep the car for a day more sometime later. Even the seat covers promised were a bucket tight fit look and the same was done in a haste and given loose fittings, KEPT THE CAR AT THEIR FACTORY for 3 days WITH NOTHING DONE SATISFACTORILY THE ONLY SHOWROOM THAT BELIEVES IN TAKING THE MONEY QUICKY, PROVIDE HORRIBLE CUST SERVICE AND THEN EVEN NOT HAVE CURTESY TO CLEAN THE CAR WHILE HANDING OVER. The entire seats were in a mess and dust, the floor lamination was in a poor condition. None of the team seniors were even bothered to check what issues we were facing with the car. We had to show all the staff including their worker my other car, so that they could realise how bad their work and finishing was. Again while finally sending the car, there is a visible big scratch on the passenger side door handle, to which they replied we can get it painted, NOT AT ALL expected from a HYUNDAI BRAND. Maruti seems a better option as per my families past experience. We regret booking Creta and that too from SHREEM Hyundai. We were mentally drained having to argue so much at the showroom just to make the seniors understand the actual problem and ask for a resolution. No one even said a simple sorry when we again left the car at the showroom for their own shortcomings and mistakes. Not even a single respect for customers time , money and emotions. The senior team only came out to check when my husband actually had to raise his voice and ask them to come out at least once and we never encourage that sort of behaviour. HONESTLY, BUYING CRETA , after waiting and deciding for 6 months as we were confused between new Honda city and creta, seems like it was a mistake to choose the wrong showroom.

It was a wonderful experience of buying a car from Shreem Hyundai. The sales persons are well trained and understand the need of the customer. We wanted to book Alcazar Signature Automatic 7 str with expected delivery within a short span of time on our son's 15th birthday. Thnx to Vinay Shinde for making it happen. Although the top end varient is not getting handle by their Borivali office, they took extended efforts to coordinate with Mahalaxmi branch and get it delivered on expected date. Entirely excellent coordination, smooth processing? Thnx to Shreem Hyundai Team ( specially Vinay Shinde ) for making it most memorable Birthday Celebration??

My whole buying experience of buying to the delivery of the car was so smooth. Customer service in this showroom is excellent. The staff are very helpful and patient. Special thanks to Vinay Shinde who helped me throughout the process. He is very co operative and helpful. Cleared all my queries and helped me with all the documentation work in Mumbai as well as when I came overseas. Thankyou Vinay and the other staff for the exceptional service that was provided and for a lovely handover to my parents.
