Special mention Tejas and Raj. Their behaviour tipped my decision in favour of buying Honda instead of competetor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, incorrect quotations. They say one thing on call and final bill is the surprise.
On the top of it, if we ask them not to do a particular job which they suggest, gaadi ki to band bajaa dete hai.
I got my vehicle fixed in just 3,500 outside when the quotation given was more than 50,000.

They told me there is an issue with so many things. When I told them, please do not do anything and give me back my car in whatever condition it is, they further spoiled it. I paid charges to Crystal Honda and from there, I had to take the car to another mechanic to recheck and do the needful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car was delivered to me late as there was some communication problem regarding my address. Anyway, the service of the car has been very satisfactory. A special mention of one of your advisors, Prathmesh, who was in constant touch with me during the entire process. He explained very well the problems in the car and was extremely decent to talk to. Though there was this miscommunication about my address, the overall service was vary satisfactory indeed. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honda four wheeler showroom. The sales person was very polite, helpful & explained in detail. Overall good experience. Twice, I have taken test drive from here & finalized on Honda Amaze. Currently, Amaze has waiting of 45 days however they expedited and I got my car on 31 day after booking. Good part, these guys will not pressure you on accesories. Delivery experience was also good. They explained all about invoicing & other documentation. Proper puja & then handover to customer.

I took my car for first free servicing. I doubt they have inspected anything but they did not even took efforts to wash my car.
When I reported this issue to the senior person, he offered me with one free wash.
Wasted my time, money and petrol here.
Service Adviser Priyanka did not even bother to check whether the service is done properly or not.
Never do your car service here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the showroom for test drive of City H-EV and was amazed by the hospitality. Mr. Sagar Patil was kind enough to give a detail tour of the car and explained each and every feature of the same during test drive. Definitely has to be one of the best Honda cars showroom.
