★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It doesn't matters from which dealer you purchase your car , what matters is after sales service.I had purchased my car from them 3 years back & got all 3 free servicings done here. Based on my experiance I would say they have very bad service network. Recently I got a chance to visit Garve Hyundai as my car spare was not available with Kundan.My experience with Grave was fantastic.I was promptly attended by service guy, got my car inspected & repaired in a Jiffy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are demanding fees for checking the car (1200), in committed warranty period. "Humne gadi nahi bechi, jis sales person ne bechi usko batao". Staff is very rude. "Fees nahi doge to gadi nahi denge". Very bad experience. Avoid this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you enter in showroom you will not feel fresh. Sofa and Chairs are not in well conditions. Showroom is pretty large. Its below the bavdhan bridge on highway.

I not only like the showroom but my sales executive Rajesh has made the experience memorable.
I was able to negotiate well and he offered fair deal.
He is little busy to reply but most importantly he gives you call back even after the regular office hours.
I definitely recommend Mr. Rajesh for anybody who is planning to buy a car from Kundan Hyundai,Bawdhan.

( Kundan Hyundai, Bavdhan, Pune)They unnecessarily harassed me and manipulated bills and insurance to save taxes and get more commission from insurance. All the commitments and quotes were thrown in dustbin at the time of delivery. Horrible customer service. The staff misbehaved and when i raised the concern with owner he was not at all apologitic. The way they behaved was highly objectionable. Totally unprofessional. I had to take help of POLICE to deal with them. For all the trouble i had to bear and a week delayed delivery , the mental agony i had to go through, was not even worth of an apology letter as demanded by me, which the arrogant staff and owner never provided. I give them 0/10.None from Hyundai company bothers to listen to customer's experience. Despite several email reminders , calls , pathetic after sales services, no feed -back taken .Car delivery done without any Pooja ceremony nor any Photo frame shared .Biggest mistake of life to decide to purchase car from Kundan Showroom.
