β β β β β We bought a New Aura from Shivam Hyundai. Overall experience was very nice. As committed by Shivam Hyundai they delivered the Car on Our marriage Anniversary. Also arranged some nice stuff with Cake at showroom and celebrated anniversary. Almost whole team and staffs of Shivam Hyundai was present for celebration. Special thanks to Mr. Sachin Konalia from Sales team. Sachin is very nice person. He tells about every single detail happens in between the period of Car booking till Car delivery.

β β β β β I did not have a good experience at this Shivam Hyundai showroom. I went there today for an inquiry about Hyundai Venue. Apart from pricing and availability, no information was shared with me inspite of me showing interest in looking at the interiors of the Venue. It looked very casual and not professional.
Update:
The customer care manager addressed my concerns and arranged a test drive at home and the sales advisor explained the car features really well. Overall a good experience.

Spacious showroom, Creta, Aura, i20, Venue were on display inside. All models in white color looked very attractive.

I purchased a Hyundai Alcazar here after canceling the Creta due to extended waiting, and Prasad, along with the management and finance team, gave me a wonderful deal right from loans and insurance till ceramic coating and accessories, not to mention the seamless and super quick process of re-booking...
The best part was that even when things went south, they promptly reached out to me with alternatives without missing out on the deadline, my birthday...
The best surprise I received was a delicious cake along with the keys of my car and the registration within an unbelievable time span!!!!
After purchase, they took the time to help me with Bluelink setup and even setting up my dash cam.
I was referred here by another customer of their's who had a wonderful experience too, just like me, and I don't at all regret my decision I made to purchase from Shivam Hyundai.
