★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Far more most basic amenities, no gym available, has small garden to play badminton and has a table tennis place, flats are very cozy and yeah good place for bachelors but not at all recommended for families

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know a lot of families are staying here ...and the flats are very spacious. Each bedroom feels large and each flat has a great terrace for garden or spacious sit outs. Excellent access to highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9 floors building. All flats are 3BHK. Quite old but well maintained flats. The whole flat is very spacious with a big size balcony. Good for bachelors untill unless u make noise.
Cons : Lift can be dead anytime for any period of time.

3 BHK flats with more than 1600 sq ft carpet area. Big Hall, attached / open kitchen, spacious bed rooms, descent balcony areas make your living much easy.
very nice place with great connectivity (Highway touch), silent surrounding, full time water& light back up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is lavish to live in. One of the best society in Pune. All the flats in the building are 3BHK only. The society has 2 spacious lifts. Also, power backup is provided using Diesel Generator in an emergency. The society cheerfully celebrates the various India festivals especially Ganesh Festival where one common idol of Ganesh is worshipped among the whole society in the common banquet hall. Various games are organized during the festive season for kids and all everyone. Tenants even put out stalls to eat as per their cultures. They say bachelors are not allowed even though they live in some of the flats. The rent for the flat in this society can go from 16500 to 25000 per month. If you are planning to buy flat here, it will cost a fortune (Flats here costs around 1 Crore as the location of the society is close to the Pune-Bangalore Bypass highway and secondly the flats are pretty specious around 1600 to 1800 Sq ft). Every flat here comes with the designated car parking. Society is peaceful. Security is good. The tenants here are mostly rich, no wonder if you see Hummer, Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Hyosung Bikes In the parking lot.
