Organization is very stable, cooperative, managed and always ready to work on provided suggestions and feedbacks.
There are multiple higher management changes going on but they never affect the employees and work culture.
If you are looking to join the GS Lab, one should be always open to learn any technical stack and sufficient time is provided to everyone to learn and study the unknown technology for you.
Work load, well it depends on the project and department you will be assigned to, Projects available to work are from multiple domain like IDM, Securities, Finance, Telecom and every latest trend of market.
One might find the interview process bit lengthy but its actually more partial and informed in manner.
For any problem you face you can directly get in touch with Management Team and Management Team always take timely feedbacks in every scope of working.
Talking about myself I joined the organization as Front end developer but after going through multiple projects currently I am working as a Full stack developer and learned techs like AWS, Node.js, Java, DB's and many also I am provided with every resource to move into my future aspect of Solution Architect.
