★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good society located very close to Baner main road. The apartments though a bit old are spacious and airy. Where these apartments miss out is in terms of modern amenities like gym, swimming pool, tennis court, spa etc. There is a central courtyard with a basketball court and a children's play area but that seems about it.
Disclosure: I do not live here and have based my review on a couple of visits

There is 7 year long legal case going on between society and Gera builder and looks there is no end to this.
Please do your due diligence before you finalize flat in this society.

Parking is very spacious with separate guest parking ,
The flats are very spacious and their infra good with a good ventilation for each flats on each floor,
All flats have their own balcony ,
Peace and calm society,but not allowed for bachelor's.

Spacious flats, lift and stairs available. Play ground also. NO SWIMMING POOL, TURF.

Having a safe no vehicle children play area at podium level is a big plus.
Located at just the right distance from busy Baner road with all amenities at a stone's throw.
