★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service provider for Maruti Suzuki cars (Excell autovista - Maruti Nexa Workshop - Pune Baner). I have bad experience for body work for swift headlight damage and rest of the body work in insurance. I have to revisit 3 times to clear the damages and work, Still it has not been resolved with Excell autovista. Finally I have revisited Chowgule Service centre. I would recommend all to check on chowgule once for better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service part wad good. But overall "NEXA EXPERIENCE " was missing.
- Car washing quality poor
- car delivery delayed by 4 hrs.
- internal cleaning was not done stating on Sundays we don't do internal cleaning. Rather had more leftover stains post body shop works.
- AC was switched on at 0950 hrs only when I asked for it.
- Body shop work was incomplete at the time of handover.

Very bad service by the workshop people. Would highly not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To go here one should have hell lot of patience, the job is not done in one go u have to send ur vehicle again and again for the same work. Washing and cleaning department is the worst department and there is nobody to monitor them I guess.
