★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seeing so many good reviews took my bmw for small work which was done very promptly. The work was mirror fixing and power windows working which was done. To my bad i took the car and faced problem of AC cooling not happening which initially was happening only at max. I gave them the car on saturday and they said they will give on tuesday at an expense of 10000. On tuesday i get a call from the manager that car will take time and cost is escalated to 18000 straight reason being we were not aware about the rates. Till then they had fully opened the dashboard which left me with no option but to conitnue. Then the part comes but again they fail to being the ones which fitted my car. Another two days gone
they have me the car on next saturday that too when i requested them to drop the car the manager was like first pay then we will drop. Still there are some errors coming in monitor but i guess its their tact to keep something or other pending so that we go again and again. The front mirror was not at all cleaned. Overall a big trust issue with this guys as they dont trust their customers who give premium vehicles to them on trust basis only!!!

I tried other workshop which couldn't give the estimates for 3 days and some gave 2 days estimates for getting the part and then installing. Got in touch with rajendra from auto solution. The part arrived in 1 hour and 2 hours for installation. The car was 520d F10.
