★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So here is the review, I went to them with malfunctioned steering and thinking it would be cheaper than the service station, ford's are generally expensive.
Here are the following problems-
1. They are as expensive as that of the ford service station but at the quality of the neighbourhood garage.
2. The I opted for car washing , all they did was wiping (hehehe).
3. Their customer care (uncare) are bad (understatement) coz they are hardly reachable.
4. They offered me some free coupon (which was not heard off) when they presented the bill.
Long story short, rationally do yourself a favour take services of your friendly neighbourhood garage but not thru "GoMechanic".
DO NOT USE GoMechanic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Damaged bumper After returning Car from Servicing . My brio Got serviced on 17August @ 4999 Cost ... and returned with bumper dent on left side.. After asking Gomechanic, they have shown pics at workshop but (dont when have they shot after dent)failed to provide odometer reading or pics of the car before and after service...

I m sharing experience under 1 week
I was booked opppomtment for a AC NOT WORKING SO I WAS VISIT GARBAGE THEN THERE HAVE RECEIVED ONE GUY HE SAID I WILL CHECK AC ISSUE
AFTER CHECK THIS ISSUE HE SAID WILL GET RS 8000 CHARGED BCOZ LEAKAGE & SOME PART REPLACE BUT I SAID GIVE ME TIME 2- 3 DAYS
I HAVE VISITED ANOTHER GARRAGE I KNOW TO THIS PERSON HE IS TOO HONEST BUT TOO FAR FROM MY LOCATION
HE HAVE CHECK ISSUUE THEN THERE HAVE NO LEAKAGE ONLY WAS NEEDED PART REPLACE
CURRENTLY NO ISSUE IN AC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #Never Choose Gomechanic.
We booked car serving from Gomechanic and it gave us very bad experience and created threat for our family.
Incident after servicing car from Gomechanic : This was biggest mistake which would have cost lives of my whole family.
We were travelling to Mumbai on Thursday 21/01/2021. After driving 20-30 kms smoke was coming out from our car. Somehow, my husband shutdown engine immediately and took my car out of road. When he open ed car bonnet he found all oil was spread all over machine and my car was about to take fire.
While servicing they did not close the cap and a boiling oil was coming out and spread all over machine. There was 99% of taking fire because oil was also hot and machine also. This could have cost lives of our family.
This was an incidence. The frustration and harassment can’t explain but all technical things explained with proof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T USE GOMECHANIC. READ THIS BEFORE YOU DO. I gave my car for servicing and when I got the car back, I started facing lot of issues.1)Engine started making lot of noise, 2)Pick up became poor,3) Milange went down from 13 to 9 kmpl. When I complained it to Gomechanic, they ask me to the workshop. The workshop was very shady and didn't look like a place where I would send my car ever. They didn't understand the issue and asked me to complain to Gomechanic. MONEY GOT WASTED. MY CAR IS RUINED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't take their Miles Membership. They will not give you the discounts promised if you don't escalate the issue. I have done a mistake by subscribing to that. Moreover a non Miles customer gets more discount than a Miles member. Right now they have GOWINTER / GOFESTIVE regular offer of Rs.750 off on servicing cost of Rs 2899 or so. But since I am a Miles Member 15% discount gets auto applied. So I get only Rs. 450/-approx!! Where as I should get 750/- off plus additional disc for being a Miles Member. Have sent them two reminders on this issue but no response. Few weeks back I got some insurance claim work done through them. But the invoice was sent without the Miles Membership discount being applied. If you don't notice that discrepancy you will lose out on the benefit of Miles Membership. I had to then get the invoice corrected. Also they had damaged my rear bumper which I had to get replaced from them after escalating the issue and posting their review here.
