β β β β β Very bad experience.. Car was given for service.. It was not cleaned properly. every where dust, they didn't touch Boot and it was so messy. Really disappointed with service, will not recommend any one in future.

β β β β β Worst service! Didnt even wash my car before showing the insurance. They hiked the overall price 10x and it obviously got rejected. They seem to be very greedy. I would never recommend anyone to use them.

β β β β β Recently I did regular service of Celerio AGS through GoMechanic. After serving Car transmission is completely unstable. It is given inconsistent pickup and very very bad vibration occurred during driving. Completely unstisfactory driving experience. Its horrible to drive in city traffic.

* Gomechanic Person taken care of my car remotely . He is not available on the spot.
* Main thing on Gomechanic standard service Video you can show 5 W 40 Fully Synthetic mobile oil but at the time of Service you gave 5 W 30 and you say there is no difference between them. For this you have to pay extra 1200 Rs.
1) As per standard service they are not check Fuel filter and Spark plugs. Because it takes time to remove and assemble.
2) Battery check up tool not available. So what is the difference between local garage and Gomechanic.
3) OBD scanner not working perfectly. After 3-4 times scan it doesn't get proper report of car.
4) i.e as you show in video that standard type of work not happen.
5) Windshield screen cleaner they added normal tap water. Even we are in Normal conditions we add fillered water with windshield cleaner. So terrible. Same you can show in video one thing and other side this is not happen.
so overall my Gomechanic experience is like normal garage work experience. There is no difference to choose Gomechanic.
We treat your car as our. This statement is too contradictory. As there are steps to remove brake drum from hub ... But they trap the hammer on that drum obviously either brake drum damage or line damage.
Satish is good person for take care of my vehicle personally.
After one week oil leakage from oil chamber. We replace the same oil nut but it's not original. Oil nut place 1 inch below chamber.

β β β β β Pathetic service offering. Their business mdoel is to dupe the customers by luring them with low prices. They have zero to low control on how their partner garage service their vehicles. In my first attempt of servicing my car,had terrible experience with no visible changes which typically experienced after servicing of my Honda car. Upon raising this issue w/ the Service buddy and his manager they indirectly told me that they can't do much about my experience & don't worry about bad reviews.
Terrible experience.

β β β β β I didn't find any difference in car before and after service. All Gomechanic reviews seems fake. All reviewers have reviewed in different locations and same pattern in location like Delhi, kolkata, Hyderabad, Kolhapur etc. Don't go for yearly subscription.
