β β β β β We purchased a Kia Sonet from Crystal Auto Kia Baner. The waiting time for the delivery was more than expected but it was due to the lack of semiconductors as we were told by the Showroom staff. But the staff was very supportive and responsive to answer all the queries we had during the wait time.
Mr. Aatish did arrange for a test ride for us during the lockdown time which was highly appreciated. Mr. Mangesh and Mr. Shantanu were always available for us over the phone to answer all the queries we had about the car, its features and the expected delivery time.
Mr. Swanand then visited our house to collect the advance cheque which was done for booking the vehicle.
Mr. Parag and Mr. Kiran helped us in selecting the accessories and also helped us to understand all of them in detail.
Overall we had a very good experience in purchasing the new vehicle from the showroom and the delivery process was also appreciated by us.

β β β β β Giving this rating from right in front of the showroom. Reached here at 6:09pm... guard did not allow saying I have received order from executives insides to not allow people.. the timing says the showroom is open till 6:30pm.. then what what hell are they doing??? If they can't manage their customers. Such a poor experience in the first visit. Not buying Kia cars and would further recommend friends and family to avoid purchasing cars from Kia motors.

Mr. Kartik Prasad helped us in selecting the accessories and also helped us to understand all of them in detail.

β β β β β Welcoming a new member in the form of Seltos was definitely an overwhelming experience for my family.
Right from the test drive every moment was special for me. Though the delivery time mentioned in the docket was 18~19 weeks, I got the delivery within 6 weeks.
The sales person was very polite, knowledgeable and most important is, transparent.
Overall an excellent experience of purchasing vehicle.
