The standards,professionalism , and formats are all same and very well maintained to highest levels . They have boxing , HRX , Strength & conditioning ,Dance fitness, Prowl( combat moves and dance mix ), yoga and High Intensity Interval Training formats presently at Ahmedabad . All classes can be booked on the friendly app.
