★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Kid T-Shirt of size 1-2 years. After a weeks time my order wasn't processed. Dialed Curious Village to get a status update and I was told that they will get back. But they didn't. I called back the next day. A lady attended told that they don't have the size I ordered but a different size. With no option, I asked to process the order with the size available. 10 days past I called back as I didn't received my order.
The person asked lethargically 'Didn't you received your order? you should receive your order in 3 days, else I will do a refund'. I sent my banking details. As expected didn't receive my order and called the status of refund. She told that your refund is in process. It will be done in 3 working days. Its more than a month I didn't got a refund. Very bad that they treat their customer in such a way. Wish they will be out of business soon.
