2. While selling they'll say sleepwell gives 5 year piece to piece replacement but actually it's only 1 year and for rest 4 years you'll just get some percentage value
3. They'll just give you payment receipt while taking payment and you have to go to shop again to get actual bill... No warranty will be applicable without actual bill
