★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a lot of furniture from this shop. The shopkeeper talks very sweet when you are looking out for products, but once you bought and face any difficulty, these guys just straight away pull their hands to fix something.
I booked a queen size front sliding trolley bed from these guys, and I bought mattresses from different store. The problem is that the mattress keep slipping towards the front as we guys sit on the bed on the resting side. This is a major issue and we called up this sweet people and they gave solution to cut our mattresses. I mean what ? Are you serious dude? I gave them solution out of my head despite they providing me the same.
One of the very absurd logic of these guy when I said the mattress will spread out in a year again as we use, so then we again need to cut the mattress. They said you can cut the mattress or change its not our headache, we gave standard size bed. The worst part is the box bed do not have enough depth to hold any mattress, it's very negligible.
We learnt our lesson, there are solution to this problem and we will reach out to more skilled carpenter who knows his work better than these guys who provide half solution. And don't buy front trolley if your not willing to cut your mattress, cause it was their recommendations we bought ?

When We open it for sleeping and try to close it next day arises the problem. It costs around 38000 and we frustrate. Cheap product. I recommend customers please dont buy anything from this shop else you definitely frustrated. I have called so many times when problem arises and they just told our person comes in 5 minutes. But it never happens. I called owner he said please call another number. Everyone says please call another number. 38k is big amount and it's our investment but that people don't understand the customer. I have posted the same on our society whatsapp group as NOT RECOMMENDED.My humble request to everyone who will visit this shop pls don't buy anything

I have recently purchased two office chairs from here. While purchase they assured on service and quality. But Just in few days a chair got damaged, well that can happen with any time but the way they responded when I visited their showroom was very bad.
The owner asked me to take the item back to his shop and not ready to provide any home repair service. He clearly said that once the item purchased they dont take any responsibility if it get damaged even on second day. Even when one handle was broken he asked to pay for both handle to repair one.
