★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Do not buy the furniture from here. They will sell cheap quality furniture for high price. I brought sofa from this shop and within a year the the base of sofa went down. I am chasing owner for last 4 months but he doesnt care about the customers at all. He will run away to Mumbai and will ask you to chase other people who are not even bothered. They make big promises and then you loose your money in exchange of cheap quality furniture

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got some customised furniture done from this shop. Finishing quality is zero. They try to convince the customers that there are going to be some scratches and it happens always. They ask for full amount before delivery. NEVER DO THIS. It consumes a lot of time, energy and money to fight and get the finished product. And at the end, the product finishing is very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have bought sofa set from the store. I liked the unique design collection they have. Also the bottom cloth was torn while delivery. The stitch of the sofa came out on 14th day. I called them and they sent man to change the cloth and fix the stitch. Though slow but they did provide the after sales service. Sofas are not of too good quality. They provide warranty of 5 years but I doubt it would last even for 2 years.

After giving the above review the person just calls me and asks me what did I purchase.? I didn't purchase anything from here just saw the quality vs rates that are put up over there. If you don't have guts to value each customer who comes to your shop. You deserve bad reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with my mom and friend to this shop today. The owner shocked us by asking my friend to go out because he said my friend is a carpenter. My friend, who is a senior IT Engineer with Accenture, was flabbergasted. When my mom tried to reason out, he spoke rudely. If you have self-esteem, NEVER visit this shop. When confronted for his rude behaviour and insensitivity, he was audacious enough to say do whatever you want. Please please someone teach him a lesson.
