★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went for smoothning!! Great work done by Mr. Chandar. He guided it pretty well for my hair. Excellent service with great staff support. Hygine was equally well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my hairs curled as I had done in sec 4 branch once earlier and that was the best curl experience ... anyways, my hair being silky texture but the staff curled it in 30mins...worst curls to be frank! They don't even have adequate no. Of equipments for curling. Was shocked when the curls did not last even for an hour. Lame excuses, unfriendly, unprofessional, unapologetic and absolute wastage of time and money. Will never recommend this place for hair curls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time I visited this place to avail pedicure service as my first experience went really well and amazed by the service. However this time found lack of quality and hygiene followed by salon. I took appointment for my service and reached on time. Immediately the staff at entrance acknowledged and within no time I have been directed to pedicure station. To my surprise where I was offered the place to sit for service it was dirty and full of water droplets which was remain from the previous customer. When pointed to the service provided he listened but not at all apologetic and putting the blame on other colleagues. Somehow he got the seat sanitized and got it cleaned. Post which everything was going fine but suddenly after sometime while he was treating my thumb nail which i specifically told to be very careful and want to get the things done in proper shape it started bleeding. He started giving excuses and I let it go at that time. However I wanted to highlight the same as will not going to visit the place again as after coming home realised even the pedicure wasn't done properly and felt waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont know about girls but for boys,men its a big NO, I have been there three times but everytime they completely ruined it.This place is a bunch of unproffesional lads in black attire pretending to be proffessionals,I bet the road side chacha will do a haircut and beard groom better then them it took me three months to grow my hair and beard and only five minutes to ruin it that lad who was doing my beard cut was shaking. Dear owner my Rating for you is ZERO please focus upon quality instead of getting some roadside unproffesionals on low salaries to do your job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They overcharge. Will force you to buy a subscription package, and then will not adhere to it (i.e. give discount as per the package you brought). Workers are foul mouthed and service is poor.
Vineet from the branch is the most foul mouthed person I have met. Extremely extremely rude staff.
