★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good neighborhood salon and i patronized them for many years until i felt cheated one day when a far inferior product was used for me when i was paying for a superior product. And it was very well known to the owner there product i used as i have been a repeat customer. It is sad to see how they cut corners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst salon to go for hair services. Paid a bomb for hair smoothening and in a week's time the hair has become frizzy, completely wavy and lifeless. Charged more than quoted amount for short hair as well. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

I got hair smoothening done and in less than a week my hair is completely frizzy, full of waves and looks like it never got any straightening done. Paid more than 4.3k for such a shoddy job and when highlighted about the messy hair I was told that I didn’t dry my hair properly. I have got smoothening done 4-5 times in the last 8-9 years and every single time the hair maintained the shine and remained straightened easily for 8-12 months. This is the first time in 6 days the hair is lifeless. I am certain the treatment isn’t L’Oréal as requested. AVOID this place at all costs, definitely not cheap and they don’t seem to use right products.
