★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fraud salon. The staff is completely incompetent and inexperienced. I went for hair color and highlights and they have literally ruined my hair. I have attached the receipt with this review for proof. The owner/manager sits there only concerned about making money and don't give a damn about the customers. The staff is trained in the same way. There are hairs lying around everywhere making the surroundings completely unhygienic. Go only if you want to destroy your hair and body. Not recommended at all. 0/10

Their staff is super nice and the salon itself is very clean and well-managed BUT the quality of work is below average for the money they charge. They have hired staff from local shops and you're simply paying for the branding. The haircuts especially are terrible - really really bad.
You're better off getting the work done from a local unbranded salon/parlour. The prices 2 years back were fine but now they are downright outrageous for the kind of service you get. They will try their best you make you take their membership plans but don't! It's not worth it.

Anjali was the beautician who did my makeup and I would like to especially mention her, not jst because she did an excellent job but also because of her honesty. I had left my gold bracelet at the salon, and Anjali made sure that she contacted me and opened the salon early so that I could collect it before my flight! Highly recommend this salon for a great experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service quality has gone down drastically, though prices have gone up. The owner hardly sits inside, which is probably why staff is acting with a lot of attitude. Have seen staff giving better service to customers who give them a tip and ignoring others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. They ruined my hair. Every time you go there is always new staff. They don't even know how to cut hair local parlour vali cuts better than them. Charging is like they got professional staff. They don't know how cut hair according to trend. They cut my hair very badly and styled it very poorly. My hair got ruined to the extent that i can not even cut again to get it right as they are very short.
