★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done hair smoothing with cut and style at Sapphire mall 2months back and end with a very poor quality of service or would I say poor quality of product used, as my hair looks so dull and it also has dent. It doesn't look like I have done a permanent smoothing.
I paid 6500 for smoothing and highlight.
I went 3-4 times after that to complain but they did not listened to me.
Just a complete waste of money + damage to my hair

This is not my first time,this is the second time Mr.Riyaz has dyed my hair and the results are amazing. I got something different this time,not balayage not dip dye I got and underlayer and did not expect it to come out good since it's not yet that famous in india.I love his work everytime I visit cut n style .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit this outlet in sector 49 regularly. The staff is very humble and gives genuine advice for services. I enjoy pedicure here as the person gives ample time on massaging.?. One person name Dharmendra here takes good care of my beard and give attention to my request. I mostly ask for him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a terrible experience with the pedicure that I got done very recently;my feet were bruised with their pedicure tools. The scrapper that they use was extremely sharp and the pedicure was done in an absolute unprofessional way. After getting the pedicure done my feet turned red and painful . We called up the manager of the salon( Sapphire Mall, Sec 49), sent him the pictures of the after effects of this so called pedicure.He later on sent some foot cream which he said would heal the bruises.I was set thinking if this was a regular feature with them??I would recommend to the mgt of this salon to use better quality tools and train their service providers to ensure that the clients are comfortable during the procedures. I hope the mgt would ensure checking with the manager about the name of the guy who did the pedicure and train him with the skills of being courteous too, as I found him to be lacking any courtesy and skill both.
