★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pics I have shared are of post waxing,(my skin is not allergic at all)these are just few to share.Its been 2 days and new pimples are still emerging which are very itchy .The female staff is extremely curt and despite of repetitive request to perform her service properly she didn't bother to listen and brought these pimples in the entire arms and legs.Her behaviour is extremely derogatory.She makes the client humiliate again and again by her remarks.She thinks a client is committing a crime if she has opted for normal wax .They force upon other expensive wax which I am not comfortable with.I am shocked, how can an employee have the guts to humiliate a client despite of paying for the services.The girl has the audacity to humiliate on face by her remarks and expressions on the upkeep of the client's getup.(remarks on poor hair,..remarks on how ugly your skin is..,remarks on "we don't do normal wax it's the clients like you who opt"..and they are many more) I also went for threading and i have pimples on both the sides of my lips.I requested her to be slow but she doesn't think herself as an employee but the owner of chain of parlours.
I warn and request to be careful when you opt for the services.
I don't t want to defame any entity but sometimes the entrepreneur has to suffer losses and defamation because of the staff like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This salon is a big chor..i visited them around diwali and booked wax ..for that I paid them in full. Due to COVID or other reasons I couldn't visit. I told them already that please remind me atleast...which they said ok but dint. Now when I called them and told that i understand that scheme is not valid but my money is intact so i will take other services to utilise that amount
.so now they tell me that it was a scheme and my money is expired...i always knew that voucher gets expire but neither they are returning my money nor giving any service in that amount and asking for double the amount for that service. Such a bogus salon it is..now I understand why they sit without any work..cz they lure in such schemes and stealing your money.
