The people employed are rude to the power of infinity and their customer care is appointed to harass the customers. No decency while talking. The most unprofessional and unethical people and organization I have come accross.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service in first try. Expected delivery Monday. No news from them till Tuesday even though they had said that they will call once it is ready.
I call them Wednesday. They don’t pick up but call back later. Assure a delivery on the same day after 6 PM. No delivery made.
Thursday, I call them - thrice. Weird automated IVR system. Get an assurance of a call back from the IVR but no call back since the last 2 hours.
Seriously, is this the kind of customer service I should expect?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing. All the clothes were bleached with harsh agents which faded the colour; some clothes have lost their shine and colour. They don't even know how to iron the clothes. There were issues in delivery as well. Will not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Damaged our blinds, lost ring rendering it useless, that too after we paid 1000 rupees... customer care is incompetent, and store managers think they can get away with unprofessional conduct with customers. Never using their service again.
Founders need to do a better job to address customer grievances, customer issues are conveniently ignored. What a sham.
Would have given it NO stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional attitude. For steam ironing, was told they would give the curtains within 24 hrs but then once we gave, the store manager said it can be delivered only after 48 hrs.
We had to wait at the store ( at Ava court ,sec 47, Gurgaon) for 35 mins since the chap didn't know the dates & the store manager wasn't picking up calls.
For delivery, when I called up, the manager , he said I need to pick up as I had dropped them. Eventually, he agreed to drop off. The time given was 6pm but even till 7 pm, no sign of delivery.
Unprofessional & rude attitude. Never am I going to refer anyone for this.
