How to rent a car?
It's easy!
1.You are over 21 years old and have more than two years of driving experience.
2.Choose the model and configuration you are interested, if there are doubts or you do not know which one to choose, please contact our managers and they will help you find the best car for you.
3.Book a car in the form on the site below. If you need a car or a personal driver, tell our manager about this option.
4.Send a picture of passport, ID-code (for Ukrainian citizens) and a driver's license in any messenger to prepare a rental agreement.
5.At the moment of car issuance, the manager will instruct you and tell you everything you need to know when using an electric car for the first time.
How do I charge my TESLA?
Before renting, we equip the car with the necessary adapters for charging from public stations and a charger for the home network.
Our managers, depending on where you plan to go, will tell you which public charging stations are best to use, how to understand their variety and how to actually conduct the charging itself. If you have any questions during the rental period, we will be happy to help you solve them over the phone or via messenger.
Tesla Insurance
A full set of documents, which correspond to the Ukrainian legislation as of today, is enclosed to the car you rent. One of them is the CASCO insurance policy from our Partner. It will protect you and us from any troubles which may arise in the process of exploitation of the electric car during renting. All necessary documents from the moment of signing the contract and transfer of keys and the technical passport are with you during the whole term of rent. In any situation you can use them. If there are any unpleasant situations, please immediately inform our managers on one of the phone numbers.
