★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremmmmmllllyyyyyy late service... inspite of having much staff they kept on delaying the order..... we have ordered soup first then snacks before the main course..... and the untrained staff served us snacks first and soup very late ....... we made another mistake by ordering main course ..... coz the bread they served us was just like today's weather....extremely cold ....food was ok...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have read reviews by members who went to czar and i totally respect their views. But my experience was totally different. I got pepper chicken with no pepper and thai veg curry in red gravy with paneer. I don't know since when thai people started using cottage cheese in their dishes. I few minutes after we sat we were told that service charges will be levied and we were ok with it. Many customers don't know service charges are not compulsory on customers to pay. After court ruling restaurant can charge as much as they want on water hence they charge almost 400 percent on their cost price. Please carry your water if possible.service charges were levied with lousy service. Even before food was over fingerbowls were put on table and in hospitality industry it's considered disrespectful.So if you ask me if someone is coming out of airport for food then God bless you and if you are from Nagpur guys their are so many places you can go and this place should be last place to go. So overall if you don't know how to spend money go to this place.

They must work out something good for the parking. While whole drink I was thinking about my vehicle which was parked outside.
For food they are average. Service is good. I am disappointed as they don't take Sodexo card.
Music should be take care, at least some soothing, depending upon the time and ambient.
Rest is good.
