Dey did not explain d payment details n asked me to pay advance due to sum family emergency v could not go on d planned date so v postponed our trip to which Dey said Dey don't hv rooms available having 7 ladies n 3 kids wid us v had to take a room. To which Dey said u can tuse staff room for changing i aske for refund the manager has been talking so rudely the owner spoke once after dat isn't answering the call. I recommend do not pay advance. But the issue is they force u to pay advance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forget about stay , the person answering call is insane and ill mannered, as to book the place it shows to contact property only, when u ask him for stay for a day, he says weekdays stay is only for more than 10 people group, and on weekends you can visit for stay with four people, charges for per person for a day is 650rs ( nothing specified on the call for weekday or weekend) and when asked for a stay he says 1250 per person, so when I asked 1250 per person is along with the stay he tells don't confuse unnecessary and just hung up.
Like is this how you treat someone who is trying to get in contact with the property for the visit, if this is how you are being treated on a call how would the people at the property be.
I think it's better I got to know prior and my decision would be wise enough to not go to a place where the staff is like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. I had a horrible experience here today. The pool and the rides were good. But the food and service they give is pathetic. We literally had to wait for 30 minutes in the que to get our lunch. And the place where they serve the food was so dirty. They don't care about hygiene at all. Overall it was a horrible experience for me and my friends because of poor hygiene and very poor management.

Major slides are not in operation and the waterpark not maintained properly.
As a resort don't consider this one for stay, rooms are not standard and food at night almost stale and below average.
Service staff behaviour below average and rude.
No feel of resort at night stay and very low standard rooms and service.
For a one day outing at park okay not recommended at all for night stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had been here for a family outing and we experienced the following : The pools tiles were covered in algae. The rooms were stinking so bad that it was getting difficult to breathe. The washrooms were dirty. No proper hygiene. The food also is not good. Giving 1 star due to lack of cleanliness.

Rooms are good, rides are amazing!!
Pool water is clean with less chlorine.
Food was good!!!
Overall loved the place..
Will keep visiting and also recommend since this property is at a very good location and a great price, better than the other resorts around this property.
Must visit..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As compared to price this resort is very nice. Slides are not that adventurous but they are a little bit. Good place to have fun and rome. It's better if you wait to visit a nice cool slide is work in progress. Waiting for slide to complete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone with family. N resorts was mostly for adults. For kids there was not much options of rides. Below 12 years kids cannot enjoy much.. swimming pool was huge but not clean.. overall not good place to with family specially with kids. Otherwise for adults it is perfect.
