★ ★ ★ ★ ★ False commitments, no such activities provided as described in pics, no big space to hangout such a small property, pool is too short and the height was around 3 to 3.5 ft approx, the pool is front of the entrance gate which is uncomfortable for ladies.
The guy (Owner) had took 2k as advance before a day of visit for booking and the day we entered me and my friends we not happy with the place specially ladies because there were no privacy in the premises because there were other group of mens were there and absence of other such activities required to be in farm house and lack of consumer satisfaction, So we ask the owner to give us 50% of refund because we knew even he running the business so we gently ask for refund the guy denied for the same and he dint even give us our breakfast which were included in the package, atlist the guy and team should have shown some humanity because we all were travelling over for 3-4 hr at early morning..
That's all no any personal issue but this is just an awareness for people who is going for relaxation or with family or any group which included ladies.. pleas give importance to quality instead of money..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I ever had. The hotel is just not upto its mark. The whole experience felt like a waste of time.
We wanted to have a relax vacation hence booked this hotel but it was a nightmare.
No proper facilities, no proper breakfast and food availability, it didnt even feel safe around, all felt like just a money gamble.
Don't book this hotel if you want to have a weekend fun, as you will be disappointed.
I would have kept going on about the lack of service from this hotel, but it would be just a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was just Ok if you are a bunch of guys hanging over for drinks and fun inside the room. The ACs were working fine and the host Mr. Mayur and his staff were hospital enough. Do not expect great exterior or 3 star services . The food was okayish but the quantity was sufficient and the food was served hot even when we decided to have dinner late at night. Main course was good but starters were just okay. If u have a pre decided menu I think they will serve well..

For dinner had ordered chicken fry and veg. Manchurian as starter which was pathetic. Main course was quite better than the starter.

Would really like to thank Mr.Patil for all the arrangements.
Special mention to the meals (veg & non veg) along with breakfast and the starters they served.
Food quality & quantity was excellent.
Separate sitting arrangements for those who want to enjoy drinks.
Clean swimming pool for kids.
Plenty of area to Play games like cricket, football, badminton.
Enough space for parking vehicles.
