Rajhans Water Park And Resort - Virar

A budget resort. Do not expect a lot from the staff. The provide pick up from Virar station (the cost is included in the entry fee ₹700).They do not provide drop-off to station. The inclusions are buffet breakfast (we had misal pav, poha, tea), buffet veg/non-veg lunch (we had bread, puri, rice, daal, matar paneer, friums, chicken crispy, chicken masala, soup, & sheera), evening tea, & entry to all the pools. There is 1 huge pool & many other small pools, a wave pool, rain dance & a kids pool. There are number of slides, 3 rainbow slides, an eight-tube slide. There are rooms, both ac (₹1500) & non-ac (₹1000). Locker service starts at ₹300 (non-refundable). Now let's get to the actual review. ◾Their pickup (& drop) both are horrible. We were told of a bus, & after reaching Virar, we were informed that we will be traveling by autos. They were trying to fit in as many as possible in a single auto. There were multiple autos with as many as 6 people in it. The journey is around 20 minutes from station to the resort. We also had our pick up booked with them, & we had a horrible experience with the staff, literally ready to fight on the streets with the us. ◾The breakfast time is from 9 am to 11 am. However, it started at around 9.30 am. The food was good. The lunch & evening tea were equally well. ◾Most of the slides were inoperative upto 11 am. The wave pool is amazing, but the water was filthy, stinking and had many dead insects in it clearly visible. TWO OF US GOT SKIN INFECTIONS. The wave pool was operational only twice for a period of barely 20 minutes, once at 1 pm & then at 4 pm. ◾They don't have much support for the slides. There were only 6 mats, & 4 tubes making the waiting time go higher despite less crowd. ◾There are no guards at any of the slides (except the tube 8 slide) to guide on HOW TO & manage the crowd at the other end. This resulted in a number of injuries to many of the visitors. There were a couple of serious injuries too. ◾We had taken a non-ac room. The room was okay, with no storage & mirror. There was a bed & an attached washroom. ◾The men's changing room & washrooms, too, didn't have a single mirror. We literally blessed our mobile front cameras that day. ◾Carry all amenities, & do not resort to buying anything from the stall inside. All prices are doubled. Soaps costing ₹5 being sold for ₹10. A rupee shampoo & hair oil sold for twice. The swimming pool props were more than double the price. This was too much. ◾A couple of times it happened that the power of the entire resort ceased. All the pools, music, slides, rooms were rendered without electricity. ◾Most importantly, the HOSPITALITY of the staff. It is pathetic. They don't know how to talk to the visitors. Even if the resort is not that great, at least the hospitality should be warm. This was the most terrible thing. If you can spend ₹700 for this place, then I would suggest add a few bucks more & look for an option better than this. Thanks for reading. #TheTravellingShoes 'v'

Overall I have good experience over here with some bad too the timings for Resort it's start from 9 to 5. They are charging 700 per person with pickup from Virar Station that I find good about this but they are charging 300rs for locker from that only 100rs is refundable. After Entry you will get breakfast .i.e Misal Pav and Poha. The Cholrine level in Pool is not much high which good but there are total 5 Pool and 5 slides in which they have shortage of tube and mat for waiting is too much Wave Pool is limited for 2times at 1Pm and 4Pm for 10 minute only and even Wave Pool is little bit risky over here as they is no control on motor here I think I have seen people suffering in Wave Pool . They have Lunch at 1.30 lunch is pretty good that why I have given 2star to his slides and not proper staff are not good no proper hygiene at toilet and changing room. Overall unhappy with service not worth to go here with family people are drinking and so on.

Very bad resort (1)Staff of resorts do brotherhood, safety, few people understand that it is cheap, they go to see but take 2 rupees more, go to a good place. (2)The eyes of the staff and the people of the counter are not good enough to talk to the people, everyone's eyes are not good for people with very dirty families. (3) You are requested not to go to this resort.

I was super excited to visit this place as it was my first college picnic with my friends, ended up being OVERLY crowded and nooott worth it. They said we’ll have to pay 1k extra for rooms but ended up being sold out AND NO LOCKERS TOO!! We had to put our bags in a huge rice bag and tie it and keep it inside some common room inside the office. The chlorine was so bad that I got sunburned and my eyes went red. The people were disgusting tooo and no one was co operating, even though I’ll say that the food was good but the lines again were one to two hour long but kudos to the kids and boys continuously cleaning to keep it hygienic instead while walking to the way inside the resort I found the farm/field MUCH MUCH BETTER’ that made it worth it

Large place with 2 swimming pools and slides, 1 wave pool and a medium dance floor. Reasonable rates. Food was not so pleasing. Very crowded during weekends. They allow people morw than the capacity

My Worst Experience with this resort, They don't have any proper management, 1) Their bus drops you 1km before the resort, and you hacce to literally walk from the farms & Fields to reach the resort, same as return in evening walk 1 km to reach the bus. 2) Their pool water is dirty and stinks..... 3) All DRUNK local crowd comes. you cannot come with family. 4) you have to wait for 2 hours for lunch and in a queue.. NO MANAGEMENT AT ALL. 5) wave is only for show. 6) They have excess crowd which they cannot control...which results in local fight within the resort. 7) Even to take a ticket. There is no proper management.

Best resort in Virar west and Arnala area. 1 KM away from beach. It has many nice pools and wave pool too with low cost as ₹650 only. I love this place, nice for 1 day vacation and relaxing. Best for family & friends.

Staff was not co-operative, room service was very disgraceful and there was no water supply in rooms. They mostly talk arrogantly while serving their job. Not clean and hygiene resort for one day trip. Better you go for aqua imagica or water Kingdom. Happy hunting ❤️
