★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The water park is good. The slides are all top notch. The only problem is the maintenance. Its very unhygienic and the management is least bothered about it. They should set some filters for crowd before entering. They should look more into the management.

Yes, that's truly what i meant.
Me and my friends recently on 21st March'2022 visited this pathetic resort in Nalasopara west. From the outside the office area who might think wow they have maintained the cleanliness but when you'll enter you'll be highly disappointed like the way we went through. The only pros is that they provide Pick and Drop because the local auto facility is not available near that place.
Cons:
- No smoking, No drinking: But people their are literally smoking pot, drinking and boozing.
- 0% cleanliness, it wasn't even been cleaned since ages.
- High amount of chlorine in water.
- Pathetic crowd ( the place is not safe for female and family group)
- The food taste worst. In breakfast we had high salt misal (only tarri), stale bread, stale poha, pathetic tea. Afternoon the food got over which had absolutely no taste.
- The rooms are highly painted with the stain of pan with no latch, no cleanliness. The bottles of beer and whiskey where broken and thrown here and there. The pieces of those glass bottles pierced in one of my friend feet.
- The driver and the staff are highly drunked
- The rides are not maintained properly, the tube is limited.
Even if the cost is low please don't visit this resort.
Cost which we paid: 600/- per person.
Room: 1000/-
Seriously i had emailed the owner for refund.
Please save yourself, and your money.

Careless staff & management.
Pathetic food.
Poor room, bed , toilet & common toilet.
No cleanliness at all (1 dust bin for 20 rooms).
Hundreds Empty bottles were lying in terrace, lobby & back side of building no body bothered to clean it.
Dogs & mosquitoes complimentary torture.
Very high level chlorine water.
Only 2 rides for children & 4 for adults.
Dj lacks latest songs mostly 90’s songs.
Swimming pool & rides needs maintenance.
Pool & surrounding was not clean & pool inner tiles were sticky.
Surprisingly park was more then full so you can judge quality of crowd.
Highly disappointed

1. All staff is under age, don't have manners to speak with ladies, don't have discipline to behave.
2. Pick up facility wasn't good. We were present on sharp 8.30am at Virar stn, but pickup van arrives on 11.30 am, even after that we reach, on 12.30am, that's not our fault but management refuses to give breakfast as they already charged for that.
3. Lunch quality was very bad. Unhygienic sitting area.
4. Everywhere plastic and algae.
5. High chlorine in water, can smells chlorine from water.
Very rude staff and management.
Discusting...? Google have to offer 0 ratings... Resort was worst from that.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About resort ..it just have 2 pools 2ft and 4.5ft slides are basic which all has nothing special...no wave pool ...(wave pool is heart of resort now a days its must be there ..but was missing )...Not too much facilities...as we see when couples entry they charge their basic resort charge and room charge ...but room doesn't have any facilities like towel or soap..no shower ..only food taste lil bit good ..over all 2 star as price is too high as compare to facilities..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever experience at this resort. (Google should add up an option of ZERO star's as well).
1. Only 2 small pools ( that even has slides ending into it. ) .
2. There's no wave pool (which is actually a heart of all resorts).
3. No volunteers at the slides to help out at any emergency.
4. The roads are all covered with algae and green fungus ( I was luckily spared from felling 3 times).
5. Locker services are pathetic. (No security of belongings, half of the lockers are damaged ).
6. Changing rooms doesn't have doors and latches (no privacy) . No marking "Gents"/"Ladies" .
7. No facilities for showers/hair washing units.
8. Washroom were all chocked up . Not usable. Urinals Stinked worst
9. Pathetic food quality and no systematic Buffet facilities. Half cooked rice and uncooked chicken.(Better you guy's don't serve food ) . The dal was 80% water.
10. Slides are damaged somewhere, leading casualty to customer. I had a slide casualty due to loose screwing.
11. People's crowd is cheap . Genuine customer think thrice before visiting.
Really bad service and experience at this place. Wasted my time, Money and busted my mood of celebration.

We can get much better breakfast experience on road, but not here. Also lunch wasn't good for what they charged.
Rude staff and management. Staff was shouting to everyone.
very high level chlorine water, can smell clearly chlorine all over resort area. Pools and surrounding were not clean, everywhere plastic bottles and algae. Poor maintenance of slides and pools. Worst place to be enjoy week ends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality was excellent and very tasty. Resort mainly has 2 Major swimming pool for adults and 1 for children. Lifeguards are always attentive to avoid any incidents. You can enjoy with your family. Pickup and drop facility is organized by them, its a major plus point.
I suggest owners to improve their locker area and also if they can provide some light snacks in evening, alongwith tea or coffee, which is provided. Also improve children playing equipments in garden area.
We enjoyed a lot, will surely visit again. ??
