★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Man and Women in the showroom are the worst. They both dont really care for their clients , the man is extremely lazy and takes hours to even show you one or two catalog, the women was so disrespectful towards another client who just wanted some clarification on their pricing. The sales women needs to be ashamed of herself to be treating an elderly client like that. I hope the owner read their customers feedback and take action on these two useless employees who are spoiling the name of the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salesman is so lazy and I did not except this from D'decor. Not expected this kind of pathetic customer service from any curtain shops. Not sure why are they even paid. Terribly disappointed that I went to this shop, I hope owner's of this shop are reading this review. If this continues I bet it will be very difficult to sustain for long.

Sales person - Sukumar assisted me in selecting the right fabric as per my requirement. Post that the stitching services were given at home. Overall the service was quick, budget friendly and excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service experience ever! The person ( a man) who was supposed to handle us was least bit bothered to show us any fabrics at all. Just blatantly said “it will all take time” and showed just 2 sample books. There was another lady who was just sitting and doing some work on the laptop. Overall a very unwelcoming, cold service, or should I say - no service at all, is what I’ve received today from this showroom. Learn how to do your job decently people! Waste of time!
P.s If I was your employer, I’d fire you both!
