β β β β β I visited branch on Saturday it is open today 1st September 2018.
Bank opens on Saturday but looks like 2nd and last Saturday of month is not working day for SBI.

β β β β β Staff is very humble! If you are coming for cash deposit then they have deposit machine outside the premises next to ATM, if bank is open you can ask them for any guidance required!

β β β β β Hi SBI team, Its more than 2 Months. I haven't got my debit card. Worst thing is that no one picks the call. Please reply its my salary account.

β β β β β One of the worst bank, branch and manager I have ever seen, I just got a deduction of some auto loan which infact got closed in 2017 & even received the NOC but still the branch manager is not even interested in listen or resolving the concern.
Suggest not to open an account in Sbi or nor in this church street branch

β β β β β I wanted to close my car loan and trust me it was done in less than an hour and the NoC was given immediately. All thanks to the branch manager Mr Amit for his extended support.

β β β β β I have availed car loan in this Branch, since from last 7 years, without any EMI due, I have Paid the amount, but only for the 70 Rs, they put me in the CIBIL, even I have asked the Manager, I will pay through online before, he said no, I have to personaly go and pay the amount, and get the NOC. I have requested him, due to covid, I can't step in to the bank,
And also suggested that, send a mail he will deduct from my SB account, even after nothing he did.
My question is what is the point of beloved Prime Minister Dream Digitization ?
Bad thing is spoiled my CIBIL score, which I have maintained from past :(

β β β β β Service used to be good and very prompt but not anymore. Since last 2+ years the service quality is gone down. All staff is not adequately trained to be efficient enough. They keep on asking queries on each transaction to their peers and colleagues and keep customers waiting. I ended up being there at branch 3 times for some work which could have been avoided and should have done in my 1st visit itself.
