★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot close Fixed Deposits which was opened using online. When closing it directs me to visit the branch. This bank (SBI) freezes ur accounts until u visit them and get it cleared. You can clearly see other reviews as well. People have visited multiple times to get corrected a issue with their system. Don't invest anything here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst of the worst of the worst... I advise everyone to close their account n move to a Pvt bank... We've been running around since 3 months for our our money... My dad's hard earned money .. unfortunately he passed away with covid and in this sensible situation also the staff is so rude doesn't treat us with any respect... Doesn't help or support one bit... Very very bad I've no words to describe the harassment we had to face everytime we stepped into the bank and every single time.. wasted so much time... And lost complete respect.. not gonna keep one rupee here anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. SMEc SBI bank Horamavu branch people saying that renewal not happens non submission of documents, i don't have any proof for that i dosent know that bank people also cheat their customers thats why i didn't get any acknowledgement for submission of documents.
2. And my account was forcefully settled by torturing us on March 2021, But why is that my account is closed on 07-01-2022 which means after 10 months( in the same way concern persons from SME Bansawadi played with me almost 2 years by tacking documents 3-4 times) , which i have proof with me and attaching the same for your reference.
3. Because of this issue i could able to Rs 50 Lkhs Construction loan for almost for Rs 2 Crore Property and my construction is stopped in the middle due these people irresponsible and lies.
I have understand one thing that if we compliant to chairmen also we don't get justice here in SBI , Attaching property photos for reference
Wrost thing is that you people even not responding to mails because there is mistake From your end
I request small scale company’s to not trust this frodsturs, for sure they complete damage your profile and carrier also

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews accompanied by 1 star ratings. However, from my personal experience of having visited this SPB branch 3 times in the past (one as recent as the first week of Dec 2021), I have a different opinion.
Firstly, I love the great location on St Marks Road. The total area of the campus is large and it houses several SBI buildings, but we only needed to visit the SPB branch. They have ample car and two wheeler parking spaces. They also do not charge for parking vehicles as I suppose all who park there are visiting for some banking purposes.
Further to the pandemic situation, the number of visitors to the branch has drastically reduced. We saw more empty chairs than customers. Staff didn't seem busy.
We dealt with our Relationship Manager Mr Praveen Kumar Jha. He is very obliging and helpful. We also had a discussion with Mr Albert who deals with MF investments. He was also found to be professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
As of now we haven't found anything to complain about and hope it remains this way for the foreseeable future.
