★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was promised a salary account which can be used even after you leave the organisation. Now after 3 years of leaving the previous organisation. Some guy calls up and informs that I have not recieved salary in this account for last 3 months, so you should cancel your account.
Zero politeness in the way he was talking. Not ready to listen to the customers end. Agent name was Siddarth. Utterly pathetic experience. Would never use RBL again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost bank in india RBL Bank, they offer me credit card teken and utilzed amount, after bank side only conveted emi, how they without asking me did, and customer care very worst people are there, they telling u want close force close charge to pay, why i have to pay am not taking emi, and bank people also not responding this i called continue not pick up the call ang this bank robbering money to me am not taken emi means why have to paycloser amont they looting money from me and no responding bank side any one bank correct person is there call me otherwise close your begger bank are looting my money i wil not pay force amount why havr to pay baddy begger bank your cusromer care people teach proper ok they not list customer voice only they have tell we have to listn any person correct inthis bank call me wating i will not come your bank why have come begger looting robberingmy money this like bank need close early they do robber and one day they wil close and run

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great bank on online banking and friendly interface impressed me, it was my salary account and good respect on customer in bank (one person I don't her name) Miss you. After 2 years first and last time I visited to branch and everything was awesome. I have used daily transactions and carried 2 years. Thank you so much for your service RBL bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont have zero star option to give to this fraud agency.. not at all professional or trained or dono how to respond to the clients. i dint use the stupid bajaj RBL card for 6 months and they are charging annual redemption fee of 4k and when i went to bank to deactivate my credit card they are not letting me to do it and not responding aswell, and telling to contact customercare and when called customer care after waiting ages they will pick the call and tell they cant deactivate the card, what nonsense is this..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad Bajaj finserv before a month company girl called me and told about insurance policy .I told I should discuss with my family and I will inform u. That lady with out my knowledge she has activated the policy now they are calling and messaging that u have to pay 3288+ 450 of that insurance . So Bajaj is very worst company

This is my salary account from past one year, I Received The worst experience.
I'm not able to withdraw money from my ATM from any of other bank ATMs, several time I complained through phone banking stil they have not resolved, and the executive was more interested to close the complaint without resolving.
And Approaching me to take new card which is chargeable.
Moreover Your ATM are always in service mode, it's hard to get cash from your ATM.
