★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them to get some information on the rates and location prior to visiting the shop for some bulk printing on A1 sheets. The guy on the other end of the phone call was straight up rude and pathetic. Neither did he give us clear information nor did he help us find the correct location of the shop. We decided to never visit the shop because they do not know how to talk to their potential customers in a normal tone. If they do not know how to deal properly, I do not trust them at all.
