★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with DJ interior is not satisfactory. They don't give after sales service as the product delivered to us is not good enough sofa n dinning chairs are not of good quality. With in six months all the sponge flatterns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an architect, I would warn you to take your hard earned money and time to these people, only if you want to spend weeks at end dealing with their incompetence , disastrous ( non existent ) customer service and downright rudeness. They may promise you products in ten days, when they actually mean is ten weeks , if not ten months. They will take your money, but not your calls. They will feign ignorance about your order. Save yourself the migraine , and go to someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most laid back and hands-down worst customer service. Rude staff and sales executives who merely aim to boast about their showrooms and do not care a bit about their customers. Their single goal is to take the money from the customer and treat them horribly afterwards (as they did with us- took the payment right away and didn't do the work)... We bought a single coffee table which came chipped and broken. This may not seem like a big deal at first, but the shamelessness of the staff was appalling- they blatantly lied (making false promises) to our faces, blamed us and, in the end, did not get the work done, even after we requested them kindly every day, calling at least 10 times daily! ... Poor punctuality and sheer disorganisation... I would never recommend this comp. to anyone... (DJ Interiors Kirti Nagar) Simply revolting...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep away from this shop otherwise you will waste you money. They deliver worst quality products and worst sale service. I went there to buy soft set and they showcased some very nice imported products. After the discussion they committed to make sofa same as imported once on demand.
I paid huge amount of money and got very poor quality product. In couple of months of use its stitches comes out. One side hand rest broke. After many calls they didn't come up. Now its 2 year old and form has flattened.
They have big show room with some nice products but tgey deliver poor quality items and have worst customer support
