★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever service. I bought a 7 seater sofa in May 2017. Instead of teak wood they provided the legs of sofa with some downgrade material that torn apart in few days. We made a complaint about it and repetitive calling for 2months resulted in changing of legs. Their personal while repairing made the sofa in more severe defects that resulted in tearing up of stitches. We made 100 calls to their sales person Hitesh and owner Lakshya but till now nothing has happened. They are goons just want to siphon your hard earned money and no after sales. Beware of such people. Think 100 times before investing your money with them. Beware of 5 stars that is given by their staff, family and friends

Before making the payment you will get so many calls and the owner will himself give his precious time to you. But once you have made the payment then you can only pray to God that someone will pick your call and help you.
Though they say that they give onsite warranty and guarantee for 2 years but once the product is delivered then they are not at all bothered. Iam just 4 to 5 kms away from there showroom but it took me atleast 50 phone calls and 2 months to get a small repair done on a brand new sofa set.
Quality of the product is not worth the amount you pay.
Quality check is absolutely ZERO.
Will not suggest anyone to buy anything from them ..
If you really want to see the quality you can visit my place and see yourself the product for which i have given lakhs of rupees.
Very much disappointed .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well stocked furniture store. Both ready made and made to order. Their specialty is box bed which have full lamination inside. The best part is side hydraulic doors for each bed which makes it convenient and has lot of storage. Many new imported office furniture also. Must visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience to be honest, they took more than 3 weeks to get me one simple office chair and that was after I paid the advance. In fact when I went over to pick up the chair after confirming the delivery time on call. They made me wait for almost an hour to get it from their factory which is apparently only 500 meters away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Sofa and other stuff some 7-8 years back. Commits Teak Wood but use some local wood. Uses very low quality stuff and price is too high.
Has used filth in Sofa. Very Bad Expericence. Really Shocking if Big Showrooms in Kirti Nagar sell these kind and quality of Sofas.
Be Alert and Cautious in your shoping.
