Best in Kirti Nagar..Self being into services, keep exploring markets and furnitures in different cities as I like decorated house with best furniture, I must tell you, it's the best showroom I have ever been.. I bought Sofa, Bed, Chairs and Mattresses..Its in the best finishing one can have on furniture, moreover they are committed to customer satisfaction as they requested me to have a look on furniture before delivery and trust me visit was not required, furniture was precisely up to my desire, I am absolutely satisfied.
Quality of their wood and their commitment towards delivery is really appreciable as they promised me to deliver on Sunday but they delivered on Saturday itself.. a day prior to delivery day..
You get tired but their stock and variety still remain left to be seen..Ample variety of furniture..
Yes, one thing is less at showroom which is PRICE..Excellent furniture with economic rates..
If one actually wants to fulfill his desire of buying an excellent furniture, you can straight away go to Gopal Furniture, Kirti Nagar, Delhi..
I can assure, it will be worth going there..
Oh, I will really commit a mistake if I don't mention their hospitality..the way owner treats you and greets you is itself a feeling of having long relationship with the showroom for all your future shoppings..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience bought a premium 7 seater sofa within three months the arm rest collapsed and after 100 calls for almost a year now there is no response from the owner Mr. Gopal now they have even stopped picking up the call. Even if by mistake the pick up the call they say will send the carpenter soon but the carpenter has very bad lazy attitude towards customers and is a liar who gives false promises but does nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Gopal furniture was bad and highly unprofessional. This is related to dressing table n bed which I ordered from them.
We faced following issues:
1. The headboard got separated from bed within a week along with the polishing issues.
2.The dresser measurements were incorrect n its wood also stared chipping within 2 weeks.
When I complained about the issues so they could correct them, they ignored it and were very inconsiderate abt the issues.Jst for reattachment of headboard,we had to wait for one month n rest of the issues remain same..Highly unhappy with the purchase...

1. They don't follow your design guidelines. I asked for a soft cushion sofa and they made a very very hard one
2. They do not deliver on time
3. They do no pick up your calls after taking the advance

They have variety of products, range and comparatively cheaper price and provide customization also which i felt is the best part as when you decorate your home as per your choice gives you a feeling of immense pleasure. Luxurious look and durability.
My favourite piece of furniture from them is Dinning Table.Everyone who comes to my home ask for it..I would highly recommend Gopal Furniture to everyone who needs quality and decent looking furniture. Definitely recommending to my friends and family. Their comfort and quality is what will keep bringing me back to them.

Also, they modified the furniture appropriately as per my requirements. Mr Gopal the owner of the store is responsive to the complains, if any and takes quick actions on the same. The delivery was prompt and in perfect shape.
Plus I love the pricing of the products. They provide the best quality furniture at much affordable rates. This store is always my first perference and I never need to try anywhere else.
