★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Sofa and Dining table from Sofaz lounge approx. 1.5 months back. The Dining set chair had small defect and part at chair leg was missing. While reported next day after delivery, I was assured by the Sales lady Ms. Dipika many times for sending spares but never done. Now after 1.5 months of many reminders I dont know whether anyone from Sofaz going to take action. Such non response really lead to loss of trust.
