I can not tell you how her program has changed my life After assessing it fully with previous diet she acknowledges us with healthy nutrition and the amount of supplements should be taken in a day at the right time tht keeps us energetic its been 4/5 months and i m glad tht I’ve lose around 7 kg and she has given me the best gluten free diet and breathing exercise too and i never feel to give up on it everyday it feels joyful to follow her tips and diet i tried hard to lose before bt i didn’t On top of it makes my skin n metabolic rate worst after having her amazing tips not only my weight bt my skin started glowing thank you so much for yur hard work on me and i must say she is very friendly by nature tht makes her client comfortable to speak / shares things abt their health Thank you for everything lucky to meet you? love her
