I lost 7 kgs in three months that too when I did not follow it religiously. I ate outside food too occasionally otherwise I’m sure, with her awesome diet I would have reduced 10+ kgs easily. She gives a very fulfilling diet and doesn’t let you starve all day like other diets. The exercise schedule is basic cardio.
