It is a trap in this work from home situation. They are taking the advantage of covid due to huge demand. Internet issue almost every week and you have to wait till one or sometimes more than a day to resolve the server issue. Downloading speed is very bad.
Their employees are unprofessional and there is no customer care system which make the more difficult. It generally takes around 5-6 times you have to make the call and remind that you have Internet issue till it resolved.
Mr. Vikas Sharma who provided the connection is very irritating and irresponsible person. At the end they did not refund 2000 rs security deposit and also not receiving my calls now. I am not surprised for this security deposit cheating as the way he was talking on the call.
I am going to take this issue to the next level but my recommendation is not take this Internet service if you have any other option.
