I went there, about a year ago for Rebonding. My hair was a little longer than the standard medium length and they charged me ₹9,000.
I was ready to spend that amount to get some good hair treatment.
But what I got in return was ,a huge portion of scalp hair completely burnt.
I couldn't realise it until 2 months as that area was on the back side of my head.
As new hair grew in the burnt scalp area, it started seeming really odd and I used to get pointed out by a lot of people asking me what exactly was that.
I went to the salon , and they denied the fact despite knowing it was their fault. They blamed everything
on me. They didn't compensate for the loss. They didn't even accept the mistake. I am still regretting the loss of hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problem is pushing products like facial, face massage etc and rates are not as per service or salon. They charge a bomb & like the most highend salon but service is not even half that good. Only good for basic stuff & remember to get the razor changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Girls are highly unprofessional...they will start making faces the moment you try to correct them, don't ever go for a hair cut..they will ruin it for sure. They are always look tired..never even give you a welcoming smile. Seems like you have done mistake going there.
It was so disappointing going there everytime., Whether it is for a haircut or hair spa, treading or waxing.
