★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is like sarkaari department. They believe, Maruti brand hai ....Promotions and Marketing ki jarurat nahi hai....Car owners jhak maar k aayenge and the behavior of service staff....Pathatic, Unprofessional.
Either they are demoralized or Paid less(ek staff to bolta hai...10k salary mein kya kya karunga) Super idiots. Guys stop purchasing Maruti Cars....Not upto the safety standards, Personally recommending as a user and experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place definitely needs some administrative reforms. Took my vehicle for the second service.
The job was not performed satisfactorily and i literally had to nag to get the basic jobs done. The vehicle was also not cleaned properly as it should be. My music player was scratched by the misconduct and negligence of the staff which was dully reported to the works manger but was not attended by him.
Highly disheartening...
