Seating space available with some fast food options.
Bus conditions are good compared to other service providers, need to improve cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their AC seating buses have more seats than the standard buses. Doesn't give enough leg room. For that they are charging too much. 435 for 200 kms with so much congestion. They have the monopoly over the market.

Drivers talking on mobile phones & delaying bus to exchange their buses on midway.
No water bottle being served in last one year but fare increased 25%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today my experience very worst ever.i was waiting for traveller in lalghati bus stop to isbt it takes 15 minutes. And then 1 traveller was came that traveller condition very bad and its also non ac and its speed is 10 kmph. And also ur representative in lalghati behaviour very bad. Totally bad experience today with chartered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus service is always good. They make Bhopal Indore journey comfortable and easy. But no with time condition of buses should be improved. Atleast change or wash the seat cover. They are very dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for Indore-Bhopal but people face problem as nowadays after 9 am they don't take bus to isbt bus terminal and a small traveler used to take the passengers to isbt so this is the major problem faced nowadays if carrying heavy luggage

However the management of the available area could be done in a better manner to accomodate not only the buses but also the passengers and their vehicles. Gets a little crowded with vehicles at times. They can also put digital bulletins for displaying the bus numbers, routes and timings.
